RIGHT TO RETURN
LOLLISHOP guarantees your right to return in case the item(s) you have received from us is damaged during transport or presents imperfections or it is not correspondent to the one(s) shown on the web site. This guarantee has a time limit of 10 (ten) days from the date you receive the item(s) you ordered. You then have a further 15 (fifteen) days in which to send the item(s) back to us after informing us by email at the address email@example.com and not before you receive an email from our customer service with instruction on how to handle the return. You will be liable for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us. We shall reimburse you for the costs of the items you are returning within 14 working days from the date the item(s) are collected from you.
- To whom does the Returns Policy apply?
The Returns Policy applies exclusively to purchases made by private individuals. The Returns Policy does NOT apply to purchases made by resellers or anyone intending to sell the items on to a third party.
- What are the terms of the policy? In accordance with the most recent Italian consumer protection legislation (Article 5, subsection 6, Legislative Decree no. 185, 22/05/1999), you have 10 (ten) days from receipt of the item(s) in which to decide whether or not you want to cancel the Contract of Sale with us. LOLLISHOP will reimburse you for the cost of the items you send back but NOT for any costs you may incur in sending the item(s) back to us.
Before contacting the LOLLISHOP Customer Service team, it is worth making sure you have the following paperwork to hand:
- the order number
- your bank details, which will allow us to reimburse you (IBAN, BIC, Account Name). If the person named on the invoice as the customer does not have a current account, he/she may supply the bank details of a family member or friend, on condition that LOLLISHOP is expressly authorised to make the payment to said account.
To return any item: Send an e-mail in your own name, including a declaration to the effect that you want to exercise your right to return the item(s) you have purchased, and giving all the relevant details:
- the order number
- the name(s) and product code(s) of the item(s) you want to return
- the bank details that are to be used for the reimbursement
Once you have sent this mail, await a reply from our Customer Service team. Starting from the date you receive this reply, you have 15 (fifteen) days in which to send off the package(s).
The Returns Policy is subject to the following conditions:
- the item(s) purchased should be returned in similar condition to that in which they were delivered to you and unused;
- as proscribed by Italian law (Article 5, subsection 6, Legislative Decree no. 185, 22/05/1999), the shipping costs will be incurred by the sender.
- when we receive the item(s), we shall conduct an examination of the package(s) for any signs of damage or tampering (the returns policy does not cover items that have clearly been damaged outwith transit), and so we recommend that the items are packed with a great deal of care, ideally using the original packaging.
How do I send back the item(s) I want to return to LOLLISHOP?
- Having informed us of your intention to exercise your rights under the Returns Policy, please take time to pack the items in such a way as to protect them from damage or tampering. LOLLISHOP reserves the right to refuse to accept any item that does not conform to the conditions noted above.
- Send the package (at your own expense) to the following address

NB: We recommend that you use a dedicated transport company for your return(s) so as the shipment may be tracked. LOLLISHOP will not initiate any re-imbursement process until the item(s) being returned has (have) been received and examined.
